Ex art. 49, comma 4 – Right of withdrawal
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. The tag must still be intact, as the product, and attached to returned items.
The return shipment is charged to the client, including duties and taxes.
Please note that due to the very high value of the items, shipping costs, but especially duties and taxes, can be very high.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To request a return write a mail to customer@darkpark.it with the order number and the information about the products you want to return. Once completed, DARKPARK will send a confirmation email.
The return shipment is charged to the client - including duties and taxes - who is responsible for shipping the items to: DARKPARK S.R.L. - Via Cusani 5, Milano 20121 Italy. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Any return shipped after 14 days from the order's delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Hats can't be returned.
The client is free to choose any shipment company to return the items, but please note that only Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) will be accepted. No delivery with payment of the charges on delivery will be accepted and the package will be automatically returned to the sender by the courier.
DDP stands for Delivery Duty Paid and means that the client is responsible for all risks and costs associated with shipping and delivering goods to a named place of destination, including export clearance, transport costs, and import clearances. We suggest you communicate this shipping method to the courier once you arrange the shipping to be sure the parcel can be successfully delivered to our warehouse and we can proceed with the return management. This will avoid delays due to the clearance process. If you need more information about it, please feel free to contact us.
Once the parcel arrives, our team will check the item and proceed with the refund. The management of the refund can take up to 30 days from the return delivery date.
The return is free only in case of a size change. If you want to proceed with a change please share with us the new order number and we’ll send you a free shipping label for return.
Hats can't be returned.
REFUND
Within 14 days of the order’s delivery date, the customer must return the product to the Seller in accordance with DARKPARK terms and conditions.
All risks and costs related to the return shipment are borne by the customer. Until the package is delivered to our warehouse, the return will not be processed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is delivered correctly and that the team is able to process the return.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by DARKPARK S.R.L. Refund management can take up to 30 days.
DARKPARK S.R.L. will issue the refund, without undue delay and, in any case, in not more than 30 days. Such refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction. In this case, he will be charged for any additional costs resulting from the different means of payment chosen. Eventual Shipping expenses are not refundable. The refund is suspended until receipt and check of the Product, or until the Customer can prove having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount usually will be available to Clients in roughly 14 days and within their next billing statement. Once the refund has been issued, DARKPARK has no responsibility for delays due to third parties such as PayPal or the credit card operator.
Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
The tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.
Hat can't be returned. Order placed by company can't be returned.
Returns must be shipped in the DARKPARK S.R.L. box. If our box is unusable or missing, another box suitable for shipping the item(s) may be used.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact customer@darkpark.it. Request will be accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
DARKPARK S.R.L. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
DARKPARK S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, DARKPARK S.R.L. will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the website DARKPARK S.R.L. are excluded in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is waived in the case of “special orders”, i.e. items that have been expressly ordered by DARKPARK s.r.l. specifically for the customer.
For every item where the exclusion of withdrawal is applied, DARKPARK s.r.l. provides an indication to the consumer directly on the item page.
At its sole discretion, DARKPARK s.r.l. has the right to accept the withdrawal request even for goods that are excluded from the right, if it deems the reasons appropriate and justified.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European norm for long-distance commerce prevails.
