RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your DARKPARK purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
Please note that the cost of the return shipment is not covered and is the responsibility of the customer.
** Duties and import fees (paid at checkout) are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged (including those with strong odors) will not be accepted.
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Customers who purchase for a company, or who require an invoice with a VAT registration number, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
For hygiene reasons, hats cannot be returned.
DUTIES & TAXES
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include customer duties and taxes.
For all other countries, we will deliver as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). If you select one of those countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes for where you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, contact your local customs.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – Orders within the EU
If you wish to return an item from within the EU, please contact customer@darkpark.it and include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team for assistance with the return process.
We will email you a prepaid return label to return your orders. In this case, a return transportation fee of 45 euros will be deducted from the refund amount.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – Orders outside the EU
Please note that it is the customer’s full responsibility to arrange the return and all costs related to return shipping.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, along with all duties and taxes for returning goods to the EU.
To initiate the return process, please contact customer@darkpark.it with your order number and the details of the items to be returned.

You can choose any courier service, but only Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipments will be accepted. Shipments sent with charges payable on delivery will be refused and automatically returned to the sender.
For safety and reliability, we recommend using an international courier service such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, rather than a postal service.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund.
Please note that the shipping and duty cost incurred by DARKPARK to deliver your goods are non-refundeble and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days from the date the returned package is delivered to our warehouse.
Refunds are withheld until the returned items are received and inspected. If the return shipment is arranged by the customer, it is their responsibility to ensure that the package is delivered correctly and on time.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the refund has been issued, the processing time may vary depending on your credit card provider or payment platform.
Orders paid via PayPal will be refunded to the original PayPal account.
Please note that any differences in refund amounts due to currency exchange fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
EXCHANGES
Returns are free of charge only for size exchanges. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at customer@darkpark.it.
Please note that the replacement item is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
SPECIAL ORDERS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders, meaning items expressly ordered or customized by DARKPARK S.R.L. specifically for the customer.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact customer@darkpark.it within 3 days of delivery. DARKPARK S.R.L. may request photographic evidence before authorizing a return for a full refund.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returned items must include all original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, hangers, garment covers) received with the order.
Items must not be worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use.
Returns must be shipped in the original DARKPARK box. If the box is unusable or missing, please use a suitable alternative box.
DARKPARK S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns.
In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the original shipping address.
