At DARKPARK, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policies and services.
All our orders are shipped from Italy through DHL, a reliable and sustainable carrier.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
SHIPMENT TO THE US
Due to recent regulations, U.S. Customs now requires additional documentation to complete customs clearance and ensure the successful delivery of your shipment.
Any shipment with contents valued over $2500 requiring a formal entry with U.S. Customs must have an Importer Number associated with it. This means you will be required to provide your company's EIN (Employer Identification Number) if you are importing for a U.S.-based business or your SSN (Social Security Number) if you are importing as yourself for personal consumption.
As required by US Customs regulation [19 CFR 111.24], such information is kept confidential by DHL Express and must not be shared with any party other than US Customs and Border Protection. We kindly ask you to provide the following documents to finalize the customs clearance process.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination.
Kindly note that we shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to the USA, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and UAE. For those orders, Duties and Taxes are included, and you will not be asked for an additional payment at the time of delivery
For all other states, customs fees and taxes are not included, and you will be asked to pay them to make the successful delivery of your order. Please note that these charges can be very high, and Darkpark reserves the right not to refund orders whose delivery has not been refused due to non-payment of fees.
- Italy: Free for orders over 600€ - 20€ for orders under 600€
- Europe (Belgio, Bulgaria, Repubblica Ceca, Danimarca, Germania, Estonia, Irlanda, Grecia, Spagna, Francia, Croazia, Italia, Cipro, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Ungheria, Malta, Paesi Bassi, Austria, Polonia, Portogallo, Romania, Slovenia, Slovacchia, Finlandia, Svezia): Free for orders over 600€ - 20€ for orders under 600€

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

DELIVERY TIME
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as customs delays or holiday peak periods. We strive to meet your expectations and keep you informed of any changes.
Orders are usually delivered in 1-3 days in Italy and Europe and 3-5 days in the rest of the world.

Customers who purchase for a Company or who required and invoice with a VAT registration number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
